Lana started her yoga journey 10 years ego in Thailand, and her fascination of the mind-body- spirit connection started from her passion to explore and deepened the knowledge of various styles of yoga, such as Restorative,Hatha,Vinysa. About the physical part of asana practice,mental relaxation, breathing techniques and philosophy of yoga.As she return to Cyprus in 2011 she attended her first Ashtanga class and really felt in love with this beautiful, ancient practice.
In 2014 completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Alignment and Adjustment Primary Series course.
In 2015-2016 graduated 200 hrs Yoga Works Teacher Training.

She has experience in lead yoga classes for all skill levels,from beginning to advanced.
Teach student correct alignment in postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety.
Provide guided relaxation at the beginning and the end of the class to help students center themselves and get the most out of each class.
Work with students of all body types and fitness levels to develop customized sequence and positional adjustments that increase skill, balance and well- being.
Give students in- depth understanding of breathing techniques.
Pay attention to the needs of every student throughout each class.
