Eight limbs of yoga are:
- yama (attitudes toward our environment)
- niyama (attitudes toward ourselves)
- asana (physical postures)
- pranayama (breathing practices)
- pratyahara (sensory restraint)
- dharana (concentration)
- dhyana (meditation)
- samadhi (complete integration)
